Today we did an Owl Finger puppet craft. It has been awhile since we did an arts and crafts project so I wanted to start doing them again with the kids.Cutie Pie happily joined our little group at the table outside.
I have a feeling a certain someone is going to be joining in on the lessons too!

G-man did the craft but wasn’t photographed because he was too busy entertaining Cutie Pie after she lost interest. He’s a very good big brother and especially good with younger children.
I’m also especially proud of myself for not trying to tie this craft into a lesson on owls or puppetry. Sometimes, you just do crafts for fun!

Hi! I love your blog! It is so nice read about other homeschooling families. Your kiddos are adorable and you have some great ideas. 🙂

I am so with you on this one. It IS okay to just do a craft for fun…without turning it into a full-blown lesson!!!! {smile}
